Gian Luca was admitted to the Genoa Bar in 2000. He mainly deals with corporate law, with a preference for the renewable energy sectors (photovoltaic, wind and hydrogen, areas where over the years he has assisted clients in the acquisition of important opportunities in Italy and abroad and the subsequent finalization of the related transactions: EPC contracts, O&M, etc.) and new technologies (hosting contracts, housing and internet service provider liability). The activity includes the following issues: corporate governance, contracts and litigation. He also acquired specific experience in the field of D.Lgs 231/01 (Organization and Management Models) and Privacy (EU Regulation GDPR 2016/679), and - regarding the public sector - in the field of D.Lgs 33/2013 and Law 190/2012: consequently he deals with corporate compliance (assessment and gap analysis) and remediation activities. He is an Italian-Dutch citizen and works in Italian, English and Dutch.
As a result of his expertise, Gian Luca is entrusted with contracts in the field of corporate compliance and is a member of about twenty Supervisory Boards pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 at public and/or private companies. He also holds the role of DPO (Data Protection Officer) in several companies.
He graduated from the University of Genoa, obtained his license in 1998 and has been admitted to the Bar in 2000.
