Emanuele is a Senior Associate at GPD in alliance with Troutman Pepper and advises national and international clients on extraordinary financing transactions in favor of private equity and venture capital companies as well as private investors, family offices and corporates. He gained relevant international experience focusing on cross-border transactions, working at leading law firms in the US, Brazil and China. Emanuele works in Italian, English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Emanuele is a lecturer at the Luiss School of Law for the Fashion Law LLM program, where he addresses legal issues related to the world of venture capital and start-ups in the fashion and luxury industry. In this context, he has been selected as legal mentor for several incubation and acceleration programs for start-ups and emerging companies developed by institutional investors and companies operating in the innovation sector. Emanuele is a member of the General Counsels Think Tank, an organisation that brings together the General Counsels of major national and international companies and a shortlist of high-profile lawyers.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Roma Tre and holds an LLM from the Luiss School of Law. He participated in research projects at the Shanghai International Studies University (Shanghai, China) and the University of Washington (Seattle, USA), as well as research projects commissioned by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD).
