Cristina Pittaluga has been included in the List of Experts for Negotiated Resolution of Business Crisis at the Chamber of Commerce of Genoa.
Decree-Law 118/2021, converted into Law 147/2021, introduced the negotiated resolution of business crisis. The procedure allows enterprises in conditions of patrimonial or economic-financial imbalance to request the appointment of an expert who facilitates negotiations between the entrepreneur, creditors, and other interested parties, in order to overcome the state of crisis.
To register in the List, maintained by the Chamber of Commerce of each regional capital, specific requirements are necessary. Attorneys must be registered with the Bar Association for at least 5 years and must have acquired documented experience in the field of business restructuring and business crisis. Furthermore, it is necessary to have completed the training program provided for by Decree of 28 September 2021 of the Ministry of Justice.
