Paolo is Chairman of the Firm and is a lawyer licensed to practice before the higher courts. His practice focuses on corporate, contract, banking and bankruptcy law; in the extrajudicial area he deals with issues of corporate governance, M&A, corporate and bankruptcy law, environmental and labour law. He works in Italian and English.

Paolo held several public and private offices and gained a significant expertise in the field of corporate management and compliance, including the role of Director and Chairman of Supervisory Boards in various companies. He is currently Chairman of Fondazione Carige, member of ACRI, Chairman of the Supervisory Boards of Eni Rewind and Eni Pakistan. Chairman of West Sicily Gate Srl.

He graduated with honors from the University of Genoa.
