Niccolò is a lawyer. His practice focuses on corporate law, also with reference to labor issues, as well as in the areas of commercial law, M&A, bankruptcy and liquidation procedures, restructuring and administrative liability of companies; he has also developed in the field of Real Estate, providing assistance to investment funds. Niccolò has also developed specific skills in transport law. He works in Italian and English.
Niccolò is Chairman and Member of Supervisory Boards pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001. He has been a member, since 2008, of the Italian Association of Maritime Law (AIDM), an association which is part of the Comité Maritime International (CMI). Since 2007, he collaborates with the legal review "Il Diritto Marittimo".
He graduated with honors from the University of Genoa in 2007.
