His practice focuses on corporate law - including employment law issues - as well as commercial law, M&A, insolvency proceedings and corporate restructuring. He regularly assists companies, SGRs and investment funds in real estate transactions. He has extensive experience in transport law. He works in Italian and English.
Niccolò is Chairman and Member of Supervisory Boards pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and of Ethics Committees of companies operating in Italy and abroad. He is a member of the Italian Association of Maritime Law (AIDM), an association which is part of the Comité Maritime International (CMI). he collaborates with the legal magazine "Il Diritto Marittimo".
He graduated with honors from the University of Genoa in 2007.
