Cristian specialises in civil and commercial law, with a particular focus on the establishment, development and restructuring of businesses, as well as issues surrounding the relationship between corporate governance and liability claims, capital markets, intellectual property and compliance. He provides assistance in both litigation and out-of-court proceedings, in Italian and English.

Cristian graduated in Law from the University of Genoa in 2026, with a final grade of 108/110. He wrote a dissertation on commercial law entitled “Organisational civil responsibility” under the supervision of Prof. Andrea Ottolia. During his university studies, he took part in the Erasmus programme at the University of Luxembourg, gaining an in-depth understanding of the origins and functioning of some of the main European institutions. Cristian also participated in the HTE 2025 project, contributing to a start-up business venture in collaboration with engineers from the IIT and professionals from Manageritalia.
