Angela is admitted to the Bar of Genoa since 2005. Her practice focuses on civil and commercial law, with particular reference to contracts, corporate law issues, M&A transactions, governance issues, insolvency matters, banking law and financial intermediation, both in and out of court, including arbitration. She works in Italian and English.

She graduated from the University of Genoa in 2001, qualified as a lawyer in 2004 and became a member of the Bar of Genoa in 2005.
