GPD inaugurates 2024 with the appointment of two new partners, Niccolò Medica and Emiliano Papitto. Niccolò Medica is a lawyer specializing in corporate law – including matters related to labor law – as well as commercial law, M&A, insolvency proceedings and corporate restructuring. He regularly assists companies, SGRs and investment funds in real estate transactions. He has developed extensive experience in transport law and is a member of the Italian Association of Maritime Law. He holds the position of President and Member of Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, as well as Ethics Committees, of companies operating in Italy and abroad.
Emiliano Papitto is a certified public accountant who provides consulting and assistance in the preparation of financial statements for companies and groups, analysis and audit of accounts, tax and fiscal consulting, assistance in relations with the Tax Administration regarding both direct and indirect taxation, national and international, national and international tax planning for businesses and extraordinary transactions. Over the years, he has developed strong experience in corporate restructuring, pre-insolvency assistance to companies in crisis and in the field of corporate finance, managing relationships with credit institutions and dealing with subsidized finance.
