On Monday, March 14, Dr. Giampaolo Provaggi, Founding Partner of GPD – Gemma Provaggi De André, served as speaker at the Training Course: “Negotiated Composition for the Resolution of Business Crisis”.
Dr. Provaggi intervened during the eighth module dedicated to the topic: “Provisions on the Regulatory Framework of Bank Exposures”.
The course is organized by the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Genoa, the Order of Lawyers of Genoa, the University of Genoa and the Chamber of Commerce of Genoa.
