The volume collects the proceedings of the Conference “The Law of Cultural Heritage. In Memory of Paolo Giorgio Ferri”, an initiative that falls within the scope of activities promoted and implemented by OGiPaC-Legal Observatory for the Protection of Cultural Heritage of the Department of Law of Roma Tre University.
The Conference concluded the call for papers on Cultural Heritage Law launched by OGiPaC with the aim of promoting reflection and debate on some of the most complex legal aspects of protection and enhancement that are particularly worthy of attention at this historical moment.
