A group of leading insurance claims management firms with a nationwide presence entered into a framework agreement establishing the foundation for a new organization that aims to become a leading provider of post-sales services in the insurance industry.

The agreement reflects the parties’ commitment to combining their expertise, best practices, experience, ideas, and innovative technologies to better address the evolving challenges facing the insurance services sector.

As part of the transaction, Niccolò Medica and Lucia Rapallo of GPD provided legal counsel on the structuring of the transaction and the negotiation and drafting of the framework agreement.
