An industrial group operating in the infrastructure sector acquired, through one of its subsidiaries, the entire share capital of a company with over forty years of experience in electrical and mechanical systems for road, motorway, railway, and airport infrastructure, as well as in the management and maintenance of such systems.
The transaction represents a strategic acquisition aimed at strengthening the acquiring group’s position in the complex infrastructure sector and enhancing its technical expertise and operational capabilities in highly specialized areas.
The sellers were advised by GPD – Gemma Provaggi De André, with a team composed, for the legal aspects, of Founding Partner Andrea Gemma and Partner Elisabetta Mattozzi and, for the financial aspects, of Founding Partner Antonio Italiano.
The transaction is part of a broader industrial growth and consolidation strategy aimed at expanding operations and further strengthening capabilities in the infrastructure sector.
