An international group specialized in marine insurance brokerage entered into a joint venture agreement with a leading operator active in the same sector, with an established international presence and extensive experience in the shipping industry.

The agreement forms part of a broader international growth and development strategy aimed at strengthening the group’s position in the marine insurance market and expanding its global network.
