The dispute, defended by Prof. Avv. Andrea Gemma and Avv. Chiara Pero, had been initiated by a company and followed the breakdown of the agreements between the parties regarding the design, development, construction and management of the new tourist resort.

Following these events, the Client proceeded with the construction of a new sustainable and state-of-the-art hotel, which today represents a luxury hotel excellence in the Mediterranean with record numbers of foreign tourists.
