GPD, tax law firm, has assisted the shareholders of a company based in Genoa (GE), active in the provision of shipping services, both national and international, maritime, land and air, as well as in freight forwarding and representation related to shipments, quality and quantity controls, customs operations, storage, warehousing and custody services of goods on its own account or on behalf of third parties, packaging and consolidation operations, containerization and decontainerization of goods.
The transaction concerned the transfer of a stake equal to 100% of the share capital in favor of a company of a Worldwide group, active, inter alia, in the logistics, transport and maritime, land and air shipping sectors.
