On Friday, November 8, Antonio Volanti will participate in the Arce Study Day on the reform of insolvency procedures and notarial activity. The event will focus on the effects of the corrective decree ter (d.lgs. 13 September 2024, no. 136).

Antonio Volanti will speak in the second part of the meeting, dedicated to dispositive acts of the business, statutory autonomy and insolvency procedures, with a focus on “The lease of business in judicial liquidation”.
