On July 6, Andrea Gemma will be among the speakers at the workshop “Commercial Law Harmonisation & Supply Chain Diligence”, organized at the headquarters of the UNIDROIT – International Institute for the Unification of Private Law in Rome.
Andrea will deliver a speech titled “Legal Supply Chain Management Issues and Solutions”.
The workshop focuses on the intersection between international legal harmonisation and corporate sustainability, with a particular emphasis on UNIDROIT’s role in the standardisation of private and commercial law. In a context of increasing scrutiny of global supply chains, the adoption of uniform due diligence frameworks is essential to reduce cross-border frictions and support the implementation of ESG standards.
