Andrea Gemma, Founding Partner of GPD and Associate Professor of Private Law at Roma Tre University, will be among the speakers of the prestigious “Seminar Series: Artificial Intelligence and Law” promoted by the Department of Legal Sciences and the School of Advanced Legal Studies of Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna, in collaboration with the Bar Association Council of Bologna.
Andrea Gemma will speak on December 2, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, at the eleventh meeting of the series, with an in-depth analysis on the topic: “AI Learning, Creation and Creativity”. His presentation will offer a reflection on the role of artificial intelligence in generating innovative content and on the protection of copyright in the era of generative technologies.
The seminar will be held in person at Palazzo Malvezzi (Room 12), via Zamboni 22, Bologna and will also be available via streaming on the UNIBO Microsoft Teams platform.
The series – coordinated by Prof. Ugo Ruffolo – is part of the Seminar Course (3 ECTS) of the Academic Year 2025-2026 and is among the activities undergoing accreditation.
