The National Conference on Trusts and Asset Protection Instruments will be held at the Aula Magna of the Waldensian Faculty of Rome on 9 October 2026.
Among the speakers will be Prof. Andrea Gemma, Founder and Partner of GPD, and Associate Professor of Institutions of Private Law at Roma Tre University.
The event will bring together lawyers, notaries, academics and other professionals to discuss key legal issues relating to trusts and asset protection instruments.
