Andrea Gemma at the 48th NIAF Gala

On October 14, Andrea Gemma, Italian board member of the National Italian American Foundation, participated in the Gala organized in Washington D.C. on the occasion of the Foundation’s 48th anniversary.

The President of the United States of America, Joe Biden, and the First Lady, Jill Biden, delivered the opening remarks.

The evening, which attracted an attendance of over 900 Italian and Italian-American guests, was hosted by Maria Bartiromo and Joe Piscopo, two prominent figures in the fields of journalism and entertainment highly appreciated by the American public.

The Gala also featured the presence, among others, of Stefano Domenicali, President and Chief Executive Officer of Formula 1®, Gerry Cardinale, Founder and Managing Partner of RedBird Capital Partners, Veronica Berti, Chief Executive Officer of Almud Edizioni Musicali and Vice-President of the Andrea Bocelli Foundation, and Sara Farnetti MD, PhD, Physician and Scientist.
