On 22 October 2026, Prof. Andrea Gemma, Partner at GPD and Professor at Roma Tre University, will speak at the forum “Corporate Governance: Rules, Compliance Requirements and Disclosure in Light of the TUF Reform”, organised by Paradigma Srl.
During the fourth session, dedicated to corporate disclosure and shareholder relations, Andrea Gemma will examine reports on the remuneration policy for corporate bodies, a key aspect of corporate governance frameworks and corporate transparency requirements.
The forum, structured around four sessions taking place in October, brings together professionals and academics to provide participants with an up-to-date overview and practical tools to address the main developments in corporate governance.
