On Thursday, November 21st, Andrea Gemma will participate in the online Conference titled “Real, Personal and Atypical Guarantees in Credit Disbursement and Management”.
During the event, Andrea Gemma will explore the topic “Guarantees in Mortgage and Land Credit”.
The meeting, organized by Paradigma Srl, is aimed at updating and discussing the regulatory evolution, recent case law and operational practices regarding guarantees in credit activities. Particular attention, in addition to the classical issues related to the regulation of guarantees and the analysis of the impact of recent regulatory and case law developments, will be devoted to the management of guarantees in credit assignment transactions and in corporate crisis, as well as to the institution of non-possessory pledge.
