On Friday, November 14, Antonio Volanti will lecture on “The Role of Corporate Bodies in Restructuring or Insolvency Proceedings” as part of the second edition of the Advanced Training Course on Adequate Structures and Corporate Governance, directed by Prof. Claudia Tedeschi and organized by the Department of Business Law and Economics at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”.
During the morning session, the course will also address “Adequate Structures as a Tool for Crisis Prevention and Resolution: Legal and Economic Analysis,” featuring contributions from Professors Daniele Vattermoli, Salvatore Ferri, Paolo Bastia, and Vincenzo Caridi.
