The lawyers Paolo Momigliano, Gian Luca Ballero Dalla Dea and Niccolò Medica of GPD have assisted a leading Italian company in innovation in the Bioplastics and Smart Material sector (particularly in the design of compostable and/or recyclable products), in the acquisition of a company specialized in the green market for biopolymer and polyethylene packaging and technical films. The transaction contributes to the establishment of a specialized operator in the bio-polymers sector with an expected 2021 revenue of approximately 20 million euros.
