Prof. Avv. Andrea Gemma will participate in the annual summit organized by the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Bergamo, titled: “Governance, Controls and Liability in the Company in Crisis”.
Andrea Gemma will speak on the topic of “Liability of the Negligent Controller: Liability arising from Hasty Reports” during the second session on Friday, October 14th.
The conference, which ODCEC Bergamo has been promoting since 2019, this year takes place at the Donizetti Theatre, in the center of the city of Bergamo, on October 14th and 15th, with scientific coordination by Dr. Simona Bonomelli, President Dr. Francesco Geneletti and the journal “Il Valore della crisi”.
The two-day event will be organized in three sessions. Topics will include “The Scope of Duties” continuing with “The Scenarios of Liability”. The event will conclude on the morning of Saturday, October 15th with “The Range of Crisis Management Tools”.
