An international industrial group active in the steel sector acquired, through one of its subsidiaries, the entire share capital of an Italian company specialized in the production of steel tubes for a wide range of industrial applications, with the support of a minority shareholder.
Headquartered in Italy and supported by an established manufacturing presence, the acquired group operates through several technologically advanced production facilities and has significant production capacity, serving multiple industries, including automotive, furniture, construction, and consumer goods.
The acquisition also included a company specialized in the design, production, and maintenance of industrial equipment dedicated to tube manufacturing.
Financing for the deal was provided by a pool of banking institutions, assisted by their respective legal advisors.
The purchasers received legal assistance from the Legal team of Studio Legale Tributario, composed of Paolo Momigliano, Ivano Vigliotti, Ariel Dello Strologo, and Cristina Pittaluga.
