The Court of Appeal of Milan upholds the arguments of a company and rejects the appeal filed by the counterpart , which claimed liability for unlawful termination of a contractual Joint Venture.

The decision is noteworthy both for the value of over 300 million euros at stake in the dispute and, most importantly, for the thorough analysis of the issue of withdrawal in business contracts and compliance with formal requirements under penalty of nullity.
