An international group operating in the logistics, transportation, and freight forwarding sectors acquired a majority stake in an Italian company specialized in international transportation services and maritime and air freight forwarding.

The transaction forms part of a strategic growth initiative aimed at strengthening the acquiring group’s international presence and enhancing the expertise and know-how of the acquired company.

The seller and the company’s management team, which will continue to operate within the group, were advised by a GPD – Gemma Provaggi De André team led by Niccolò Medica, with the involvement of Senior Associate Francesco Minas.
