This year too we are among the sponsors of AON Open Challenger – Memorial Giorgio Messina. The international tennis tournament, now in its twentieth edition, takes place in Genoa from September 1st to 8th at the red clay courts of Valletta Cambiaso – Stadio Beppe Croce.
The Aon Open Challenger Memorial Giorgio Messina, with a Total Financial Commitment (prize money + entry fees) of 185 thousand dollars, has long represented one of the most important tennis tournaments in Italy after the Internazionali di Roma at the Foro Italico.
In 2023 the winner was world number 70 Brazilian Thiago Seyboth Wild, in the final against Fabio Fognini in front of a sold-out ‘Beppe Croce’ stadium with over 2,000 spectators. As in the previous year, the organization is entrusted to Sergio Palmieri, an illustrious name in international tennis, Organizational Director of the FITP, Director of the Internazionali d’Italia and Coordinator of the Technical Sector responsible for organizing all Davis Cup and Fed Cup matches held in Italy.
We support sport as an experience of social and professional growth and are pleased to offer our contribution to the success of one of the most important sporting events for the city of Genoa.
