On Friday, October 18, Antonio Volanti will be a lecturer at the online Advanced Training Course on “Adequate Arrangements and Corporate Governance”, organized by the Department of Law and Economics of Productive Activities at Sapienza University of Rome.
Antonio Volanti will develop, together with Professors Daniele Vattermoli, Salvatore Ferri, Paolo Bastia and Vincenzo Caridi, the following topic: “Adequate Arrangements as a tool for crisis prevention and resolution. Legal and economic analysis” with particular attention to legal aspects.
The Course, directed by Prof. Claudia Tedeschi, aims to provide, from a multidisciplinary perspective, specific expertise on the preparation of adequate administrative, organizational and accounting arrangements, verification of procedures and organizational models designed to implement them, and implementation of systems aimed at controlling enterprise risk, with a focus on contents, stakeholders involved and responsibilities.
