On January 17, 2025, Andrea Gemma, Founding Partner of GPD and Associate Professor of Private Law at Roma Tre University, will participate as a speaker at the Advanced University Training Course for Over-Indebtedness Crisis Managers.
The initiative is promoted by the Bar Council of Velletri, in collaboration with Roma Tre University, the Crisis Resolution Body of the Bar Council of Velletri, and the Veliterna Bar Foundation.
The training program, with a total duration of 40 hours, is qualifying for registration in the Register of Over-Indebtedness Crisis Managers maintained by the Ministry of Justice and is also valid as biennial continuing education for managers already registered.
