Dr. Antonio Italiano, founding partner of GPD law firm, has been appointed as a member of the Supervisory Body of Il Sole 24 ORE S.p.A. The appointment shall remain in effect until the approval of the financial statements as of December 31, 2027.
Dr. Italiano has extensive and consolidated experience in the field of business economics and corporate law. Throughout his career, he has held numerous corporate positions, assisting both public and private entities in M&A transactions, due diligence activities, tax planning, tax advisory services including in judicial proceedings, as well as in the reorganization of corporate and financial structures.
The Supervisory Body plays a central role in overseeing the organizational and control models provided for by Legislative Decree 231/2001.
