On October 1st, 2025, Andrea Gemma, Founding Partner of GPD and Associate Professor of Private Law at Roma Tre University, will participate in the Webinar “Defects in Financial Statements”, organized by the Milan Bar Association, through the Forense Foundation, as part of the continuing legal education program for attorneys.
During the meeting, he will deliver a presentation titled “Role and Responsibility of the Board of Statutory Auditors and the Auditor in the Preparation and Approval of the Annual Financial Statements”.
