The New York State Bar Association and the Rome Bar Association will have a virtual Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing to develop and maintain a relationship based on mutual respect and cooperation and enhance the honor of the law and the legal profession. 
 
The MOU signing will be followed by a webinar on the reform of the Italian Civil Justice System and its lex arbitri with a special keynote speech from the Hon. Charles N. Brower, Judge of the Iran-United States Claims Tribunal, Judge ad hoc at the International Court of Justice, and International Arbitrator
