PHILADELPHIA/CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Troutman Pepper partners Robert Hickok and Amy Pritchard Williams have been recognized as 2022 BTI Client Service All-Stars by BTI Consulting Group. Honorees were selected based on interviews with more than 350 top legal decision makers at companies with more than $700 million in revenue.
Client Service All-Stars are defined by six characteristics – their practicality; savvy; knowledge of both client, market, and industry; ability to handle complex problems; availability and responsiveness; and nimble nature.

Hickok helps clients navigate complex commercial litigation issues involving contracts, corporate governance, internal corporate investigations, antitrust and federal securities laws, and class actions, RICO, and criminal defense. He is particularly interested in the application of economic analysis to resolve legal issues and has substantial experience in litigation concerning the application of various accounting principles and often applies technology to information and litigation management.

Williams focuses her practice on consumer financial services, government enforcement, and bankruptcy. She has more than 25 years of experience representing an array of lenders and other companies in complex commercial litigation, consumer class actions, and related matters. Williams regularly represents banks and other financial institutions in connection with False Claims Act (FCA) actions, internal investigations, subpoena responses, and government investigations.
