Emiliano graduated in Business and Economics and is a qualified chartered accountant and auditor. His activity is focused on consultancy and assistance in the field of drafting company and group financial statements, analysis and auditing of accounts, tax and fiscal consultancy, assistance in dealing with the Financial Administration with regard to both direct and indirect, national and international taxation, national and international tax planning for companies, consultancy and assistance for extraordinary operations. He gained expertise in the field of corporate restructuring, in the pre-complaint assistance to companies in crisis, in the field of corporate finance taking care of relations with banks and dealing with subsidized finance (local, regional, national and EU contributions).
Emiliano has served and continues to serve as a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors and as a director of several companies.
Emiliano graduated in Economics from the University of Rome "La Sapienza" in 1999. He is admitted to the Register of Chartered Accountants since 2005 and to the Register of Auditors since 2006.
