Emanuele operates in the field of corporate law, focusing his activity on contractual issues and M&A transactions.
He also deals with corporate litigation. He gained significant international experience working for two years with the financial services department of Pepper Hamilton LLP as well as taking part in academic and professional projects in Shanghai, China and Seattle, USA.
Emanuele works in Italian, English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Emanuele is an honorary research fellow at the University of "Roma Tre". He has been guest lecturer at the School of Law of Nanjing University (Nanjing, China).
He graduated from the University of Roma Tre in 2016 also participating in research projects at the Shanghai International Studies University (Shanghai, China) and the University of Washington (Seattle, USA).
