Umberto is a practising lawyer admitted to the Rome Bar since 2017. His practice focuses on civil and commercial law, with particular reference to contractual issues and M&A transactions, corporate and antitrust law. He also deals with commercial litigation, including arbitration and before independent authorities. He has developed a significant experience in energy matters and assists clients active in the provision of climate services. He works in Italian, English, French and Spanish.
He holds an LL.M. in Business & Company Law: Europen and international perspectives - LUISS Guido Carli. He collaborated with LUISS Guido Carli and Prof. Barbara De Donno as tutor of the master in "Business & Company Law: European and International Perspectives".
He graduated from the University of Genoa and was admitted to practice law in 2016. In 2019, he obtained a second level master's degree in "Business & Company Law: European and International Perspectives" at LUISS Guido Carli. He attended the summer schools in "Drafting Intarnationl Contracts" at King's College London and in "Capital Markets: European and Comparative Company Law" at LUISS Guido Carli.
