Her practice focuses on extrajudicial issues in the areas of corporate, commercial and real estate law (having also experience as director of legal affairs departments of real estate groups). Has managed the negotiation of transactions with foreign clients and counterparties, and has provided assistance to institutional investors in connection with investment disputes filed in foreign jurisdictions. She works in Italian, English and French.
Santina has been a member of the board of directors of companies in the real estate sector and of the advisory board of a real estate investment fund. She has also in-house legal experience, working as a business developer for multinational company operating in the acquisition sector and, subsequently, for a leading strategic consulting firm.
She graduated with honors from Luiss University in 1998 and in 1999 she obtained an LL.M. in European Business Law from Katholieke Universiteit Nijmegen (The Netherlands). In 2005 he completes her post-graduate education obtaining an MBA (Master of Business Administration) at RSM Erasmus University (The Netherlands).
