Andrea Barclay's activity is focused on the tax area, where he gained specific expertise in tax advice related to national and international issues, in tax due diligence activities and in the analysis of the tax effects of extraordinary transactions. In general, he acquired a wide experience in accounting aspects and in the preparation of financial statements. He works in Italian and English.

Andrea is a registered chartered accountant and a certified auditor. He graduated in Economics from the University of Genoa in 2003. For over fifteen years he has collaborated with leading international and national tax law firms.
