Simona is admitted to the Rome Bar since 2016. She focuses her activity mainly in the field of civil and commercial law, with particular reference to the issues of contract law, corporate law and financial markets, in both judicial, ordinary and arbitral, and extrajudicial proceedings. She gained significant experience in corporate litigation, with particular reference to disputes concerning the liability of members of corporate bodies, as well as in administrative and judicial assistance in sanctioning procedures against individuals and companies, in the field of banking law, insider trading and market manipulation. She works in Italian and English.

Simona is a PhD in European Private Law at the Department of Law of the University of Roma Tre. She is also an honorary research fellow and supervises the course of Institutions of Private Law, held by Prof. Andrea Gemma at the University of Roma Tre.

Simona graduated in 2012 from the University "LUISS Guido Carli" of Rome. In 2015 she qualified to practice law at the Court of Appeal of Rome. In 2018 she then obtained her PhD in European Private Law at the Department of Law of the University of Roma Tre. In 2013 he attended the CBL International - Oxford Summer Law School - attending the courses of legal theory, UK contracts and corporate law, intellectual property rights.
