Elisabetta is a licensed lawyer qualified to practice before the higher courts. She is admitted to the Marsala Bar Association since 2008. She practises before the ordinary courts mainly in the field of civil liability, business contracts, commercial law, banking and financial law. She assists private and public entities also before administrative courts, mainly in disputes concerning public contracts and strategic infrastructures, as well as in the field of energy law and renewable sources. She has significant experience in the field of arbitration, both ad hoc and administrative, and assists her clients in challenging arbitral awards before the Courts of Appeal. She gained a solid professional expertise in M&A transactions assisting companies, asset management companies and investment funds in the structuring and execution of shares-deal and assets-deal and joint ventures in particular in the energy sector (photovoltaic, wind, oil & gas, thermoelectric). She works in Italian and English.

Elisabetta graduated in 2003 from the University of Palermo. In 2006 she obtained the Diploma of Specialization in Legal Professions at the SSPL "G. Scaduto" of Palermo. In 2007 she was admitted to the legal profession at the Court of Appeal of Palermo.
